Our most popular service, ideal for multiple focus areas, combining the relaxation elements of the spa with orthopedic, neuromuscular and other techniques and modalities to improve range of motion, decrease pain, support the nervous system responses to achieve health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Integrative Massage

When it's time for some self care, treat yourself to a relaxation massage using mostly Swedish techniques and only one focus area, this appointment will have minimal talking so you can connect with yourself and feel refreshed.

Relaxation Massage

Melt muscle tension like butter with our Hot Stone Full Body Massage. Volcanic stones are heated in a professional-grade digital warmer, then rubbed into your muscles; relieving pain and soreness, great for fibromyalgia and tense muscles from exercise

Hot Stone Massage

Experience relaxation on a different level. Your appointment will be a calming, methodical, extremely gentle application of the Vodder technique to stimulate your body's fluid "cleaning system" to contract 5 times faster than normal while also engaging your parasympathetic relaxation response.  Ideal for customers who have sinus congestion, migraine, fibromyalgia or even cellulite.
